In Q3 2026, the Bronx recorded $572.7M in investment-sales volume across 107 transactions and 135 properties. Institutional owner-users drove the quarter, led by CUNY’s $200.9M purchase of the former Bronx General Post Office at 558 Grand Concourse. Volume rose 62.3% from Q2 and more than tripled Q3 2025, while deal count held steady. Excluding the CUNY trade, volume was $371.8M, 5.4% above Q2.
