The Bronx investment sales market posted a softer July with $87.6 million across 30 transactions covering 35 properties — a 17.1% decrease from June's $105.6 million.
The largest deal of the month was Bronx GS Properties LLC's $16.7 million acquisition of a three-building, 252-unit multifamily portfolio at 3572 Dekalb Avenue, 3576 Dekalb Avenue, and 3224 Grand Concourse.
Concourse Realty Partners closed another deal this month: alongside Kathy Zamechansky of KZA Realty Group, the firm brokered the $1.8 million sale of a retail property at 2961 Webster Avenue.
July 2026 Summary: 30 transactions totaling $87.6M across 35 properties. Multifamily led by count with 24 of 30 deals; Industrial and Development followed, tied at two each. Average multifamily/mixed-use $/SF: $239, volume-weighted across the 23 multifamily/mixed-use transactions with reported square footage.
