In March, the Bronx market recorded a total dollar volume of $246,325,439 across 31 sales involving 41 properties, which is a 141.54% increase from February's $102.0M — the most active month on record in Q1 2026.


Industrial assets surged to lead activity this month, with 7 transactions. Multifamily followed with 10 transactions, while development sites accounted for 3.


The average multifamily/mixed-use price per square foot in March was $145.


The largest deal of the month was the sale of the Triboro Center nursing facility at 1160 Teller Avenue in Concourse Village, part of the Centers Healthcare portfolio exit, for $102,500,000.
