TREMONT | MOST ACTIVE NEIGHBORHOOD

In December, the Bronx market recorded a total dollar volume of $149,724,519 across 41 sales involving 43 properties, which is a 89.40% increase from November's $79.053M.

Multifamily assets continue to lead in sale count, although they decreased slightly this month, with 13 transactions. Development sales are increasing continually, with 11 transactions this month.


The average multifamily price per square foot in December was $263


The largest deal of the month was the sale of a distribution facility at 845 E 136th Street to a California-based real estate firm for $21,700,000.
