In October, the Bronx market recorded a total dollar volume of $107,722,893 across 35 sales involving 41 properties, which is a -32.92% decrease from September's $160.5M.


Multifamily assets continue to lead in sale count, with 21 transactions. Development sales are still in the high count, with 9 transactions this month.

The average multifamily price per square foot in October was $358.


The largest deal of the month was a property of a former Catholic school at 1000 Walton Ave, which sold for $24,000,000.
