The Bronx market saw a total dollar volume of $68,108,267, which is a 13% decrease compared to the $78,347,500 recorded in January, with 13 sales and 14 properties across the borough.

The most active property type was multifamily averaging $319 per square foot, and the west side of the Bronx was the area that saw the most transactions.

The most notable sale in February was 3547 Webster Avenue located in the Norwood neighborhood purchased for $19,720,267.
