In December The Bronx market saw a total dollar volume of $115,845,250 with

18 sales and 19 properties across the borough, which is an increase from last month's $101.95 Million. However, the transaction volume is drastically lower compared to November's 27 sales.

Multifamily saw the most activity with 9 properties sold in December.

The average multifamily price per square foot was $258, and Mott Haven was the most active regarding transactions.
