WILLIAMSBRIDGE | THE MOST ACTIVE NEIGHBORHOOD



In April, The Bronx market saw a total dollar volume of $57,332,118 with 18 sales and 21 properties across the borough, which is an increase from last month's $52.1 Million across 16 sales.


Multifamily and development saw the most activity with 9 multifamily properties and 8 development properties sold in April.


The average development price per square foot was $79, and Williamsbridge was the most active regarding transactions.
