In November, the Bronx market recorded a total dollar volume of $133,090,104 across 35 sales involving 50 properties, which is a 23.55% increase from October's $107.72M.

Multifamily assets continue to lead in sale count, with 18 transactions. Development sales are still soaring, with 9 transactions this month, the same as in October.

The average multifamily price per square foot in October was $255.


The largest deal of the month was a rent-stabilized multifamily assemblage at 950 Underhill Ave in Soundview, 2010-2040 Bruckner Blvd in Unionport and 801 Neill Ave in Morris Park that sold for $54,036,628
