In June, the Bronx market recorded a total dollar volume of $290,641,399 across 44 sales and 55 properties, representing an 18.6% decrease from May’s volume of $357,074,700.
Multifamily properties remained the most prominent asset type, with 23 transactions. The most expensive transaction was a Development deal at 1580 Story Ave in Soundview, which sold for $60 million to Spigro Management.
The average multifamily price per square foot was $260.
Westchester Village was the most active neighborhood with 4 sales.
