In July, the Bronx market recorded a total dollar volume of $129,743,243 across 35 sales involving 37 properties, marking a sharp 55.36% decrease from June’s $290,641,399.
Multifamily assets continued to dominate activity, accounting for 20 transactions. The average multifamily price per square foot stood at $294.
The largest deal of the month was an office property at 558 Grand Concourse, which sold for $44 million to Maddd Equities.
Westchester Village emerged as the most active neighborhood, with 4 sales recorded.
