David Simone is the president and company broker of Concourse Realty Partners. Mr. Simone entered NYC real estate as a sales agent at Marcus and Millichap in Manhattan in 2001. In 2003, he joined Massey Knakal Realty Services to help start their Bronx division. He was the top salesperson in the Bronx/ Northern Manhattan division two years in a row, earning him the firm's Harry Macklowe Salesperson of the Year Award in 2004 and 2005. Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal on December 31, 2014. ​

During his career, Mr. Simone closed 176 transactions with an aggregate sales volume of over $490 million.

• 438 East 166th Street, a 23,000 sf industrial building, for $4,500,000.
