Barclay Smyly is a licensed commercial real estate broker with 12 years of experience representing NYC landlords He started his career at Massey Knakal, continued his success at Cushman & Wakefield, Lee & Associates and now Concourse Realty Partners.
He has leased 194 commercial spaces in his career. Recently, he leased 85 commercial spaces in the Bronx in less than 24 months and sold 608 East Fordham Road for $4.25 million.
Noteworthy clients include Extell Development, Fairway Market, Sky Management, Chestnut Holdings, Square Mile Capital, Housing Works and Haru Sushi.
His greatest joys in life are spending time with his wife, organic vegetable farming, and visiting his in-laws in Indonesia.
